If you don’t want to offer easy returns, use a policy like this:

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Zentrix.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@zentrixstore.co with your order number and photos of the issue.

Eligible returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery and the item must be unused and in its original packaging unless it arrived damaged.

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Change-of-mind purchases after the item has shipped

We reserve the right to deny refunds that do not meet these conditions.
